Inspiration
Do you know somebody with no ability to self-reflect? Someone perennially positive and always hyperbolic in his or her assessments? I find people like that exhausting and phony. Chronic positivity is toxic and judgmental. I find it a little bit manic as well. Like champagne, so touted as the beverage of the privileged, effervescent people get me right in the nose and make me uncomfortable. At least let’s have some sense of humor about it…
